Glitch, Bug or Regular? YOU DECIDE!

On club penguin today I was typing my name with a lowercase i but and uppercase P when I entered text it said IPAINTBALLS! I was confused. Do you think this is a glitch bug or is it a regular thing? Comment and let me know!
